Aylesbury United Juniors FC is the junior section of Aylesbury United, running teams from the Mini Ducks programme for children as young as three through to Under-18s. The club fields over 300 players across its age groups. Under-7 to Under-12 teams play in the South Bucks Mini Soccer Conference, while Under-13 to Under-17 teams play in the Wycombe and South Bucks Minor Football League.
The club also runs a PAN Disability section, competing in the Berks, Oxon and Bucks Inclusive League, and is affiliated to the Berkshire & Buckinghamshire FA. Girls' football is organised separately, through the sister club Aylesbury United Women FC.
